Activate foresters and lumberjacks by dragging them into the forest.  See how the number of mature trees changes over time.  Try equal numbers of loggers and foresters.  Try more of one than the other.  Put loggers out first.  Put foresters out first.  Put them out at the same time.  See the effect on your forest.
